The yacht is orientated to short handed sailing,
she has a Rondal keel stepped triple spreader in-mast furling spar with roller
furling on the headstay and inner forestay and power primary winches. The current
owner has updated her throughout her life and recently upgraded to comply with the
MCA Code of Practice, Category 2. She had a major refit during 2002 and 2003
including: refit of electrical systems, re-plumbing, generator and engine
overhaul, painting hull (Awlgrip Majestic Blue), overhauling and repainting mast
and boom, new sprayhood, wheel and cockpit table cover, renewing running and
standing rigging.

The classic appearance of the Mystic 60 belies her advanced sandwich construction.
The latest materials and equipment are used to combine sparkling all-round sailing performance
yet enable her to be sailed by just two. The 125% Hood Vectran genoa and Hood Vectran staysail
(2001) are both on roller furling stays, while there is efficient and easily handled in-mast
reefing for the Hood Vectran mainsail and custom made Rondal triple spreader mast. The design
stresses good ventilation, with 7 Lewmar deck hatches, 3 s.s. dorades and 15 s.s. opening
portlights. The central cockpit is not only ergonomically designed for efficiency and safety
when sailing, but is the focal point for entertaining. The cockpit table gives security when
heeled and enables 6 + to dine in comfort. The large sprayhood can fold against the cockpit
coaming and there is a folding bimini hood and sun awning.
There are 4 cabins with a total of 8 berths. The central cockpit makes it possible to have a
truly spacious aft cabin with full headroom, en-suite heads and separate shower. The lower berth
in the guest cabins can extend to make a double and the upper berth can be folded upwards. Each
cabin has en-suite heads with showers. The interior is stunning, hand crafted in ash with rosewood,
Alcantara upholstery in the saloon (2001) and new fabric for the cabins, Corean counters in the
heads and galley.
